Why learn about mental health?

We
We all have mental health. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. This makes mental health everybody’s business.

Our workshops aim to help you understand mental health and wellbeing and to be aware of some of the factors that can affect mental health. We also explore some of the ways mental health and wellbeing can be fostered, supported and enhanced as an individual, in the community and in workplaces.

We facilitate workshops across Ireland for groups in the workplace and in community settings, both online and in person. At the moment we provide workshops for over 18s only.

Did you know that throughout the month of October – Mental Health Month – we are offering a special ‘Connect to the Five Ways to Wellbeing’ webinar for everyone.  This webinar will guide you through each of the Five Ways to Wellbeing and provide practical tips for integrating them into your daily routine. This 45-minute session will be held live every day throughout October, including weekends and bank holidays.
