Mental Health Ireland is delighted to partner with Family Carers Ireland to offer the Five Ways to Wellbeing during Tough Times online workshop to family carers.
Family Carers Ireland is a charity emerging from the coming together of two long standing charities of over 25 years in 2016 – The Carers Association and Caring for Carers . The merger brings the best of both charities together whilst broadening the range of services and supports to family carers and giving one national voice to represent fairness for carers. Carers are at the heart of everything the charity does.
This is a FREE 90 minute interactive online workshop which will be hosted by Mental Health Ireland Development Officers.
The aims of the workshop:
- Define what mental health and wellbeing is
- Have an improved understanding of how you can look after your wellbeing during Covid-19
- Explore how much time you spend each day looking after your mental health and wellbeing
- Explored the application of the Five Ways to Wellbeing as a helpful coping strategy during tough times
