This module looks at mental health in older adults from a positive and holistic viewpoint. The issues covered include stereotypes associated with older persons, maintaining mental health, the challenges of growing older, enjoying a healthy lifestyle, making life changes and caring for one self.

This module looks at the challenges that unemployment brings and explores the feelings and emotions that people can experience in this situation. The module pinpoints coping strategies and signposts sources of support when dealing with unemployment.

This video was made to promote speaking out if you have problems about suicide and to also try shake off the taboo about the word suicide.
